Charters Towers is an elegant establishment on the mezzanine level which overlooks all the action of Conrad Jupiters Casino. The multi-award winning restaurant is famed for its quality Queensland cuisine and extensive wine list. The traditional decor features soft golden leather, classic mahogany wall frames and abstract art. You can't help but feel you are part of old Hollywood on the Gold Coast, where guests can dress up and enjoy an evening of indulgence. Named for a famous outback town, Charters Towers serves a contemporary menu of dishes made from the best regional produce. Choose steak, seafood, or anything else on this menu and be prepared to be impressed.

Start with a true taste of Queensland - the seafood cocktail ocean taster is a sizable serve of oysters, prawns, smoked salmon and tangy cocktail sauce. The grilled skirt beef salad with rocket greens, roasted pumpkin, figs and blue cheese is another taste tempting entree. Seafood lovers will find the main course selection irresistible. Tuck into a Moreton Bay bug with baked oysters, salmon, scallops and prawns or really push the boat out by ordering a live lobster straight from the tank. Hearty meat dishes include the two-style lamb, which features slow braised and grilled lamb with parmesan potato porture and crisp puff pastry. The grilled beef tenderloin with fresh asparagus, chat potatoes and wild mushroom ragout is delicious but the most popular main course is the Black Angus sirloin steak with horseradish, wilted greens and a cognac-green peppercorn sauce. Charters Towers serves dinner every evening from 6pm to 11pm. Enjoy the individual dining experience or book the dinner and show package.
